If you are unable to arrive during normal check-in hours (4pm-11pm), please notify host prior to arrival. House Rules - Quiet Hours: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Please enjoy the backyard during the day, but keep noise levels respectful at all times. - No Pets, Parties, or Events: Unauthorized pets, parties, or events are strictly prohibited. - No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not allowed on the property. - Parking: Two cars maximum in designated spaces. No street parking allowed per city ordinance for short-term rentals. If you need additional parking, please contact me about availability. Additional Policies: - Shoes are not to be worn indoors. - Food and drinks are permitted only in the dining and living areas. - Hot tub is only available upon request with advance notice to ensure it’s prepared for your stay. Please let me know at booking or before arrival if you plan to use it so I can heat and balance it properly. All guests who use hot tub must agree to posted hot tub rules including hours of operation (7 am - 10 pm) and showering off before entering. - Outdoor Bluetooth speakers require prior approval. - Store all outdoor gear, like skis and snowboards, in cars or the garage (access code available on request). These items are not allowed inside the apartment.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, accessible through a private entrance for a seamless, independent stay. Two dedicated parking spots are conveniently located near the entrance. The backyard is available for outdoor relaxation when landscaping work is not in progress. If you’d like to use this space, please let me know in advance, and I’ll do my best to accommodate. The hot tub is available upon request, with advance notice to ensure it’s prepared for your arrival. Please inform me at booking or prior to your stay if you plan to use the hot tub, and I’ll be happy to review the usage guidelines including the hours of use from 7 am - 10 pm. This allows me to heat and balance it properly, as it is not typically kept hot outside of guest bookings.
